Chainshift Inc. (the "Company") operates The Agent Post (theagentpost.ai, the "Service") in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy is provided to explain how the Company handles personal information in the Service.
1. A service you can use without signing up
The Service has no membership registration, login, or comment feature. Simply reading an article does not require entering personal information such as a name, email address, or phone number.
2. Personal information processed and its purpose

Where a law requires a longer retention period, that period applies.
3. Information stored in your browser
The Service does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. The following values are stored only in the visitor's browser storage (localStorage) and are not sent to the Company's servers.
- Display theme selection (light or dark)
These are deleted when the browser's site data is cleared.
4. Outsourced processing and cross-border transfer
The Service's web screens are provided through the hosting infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (United States). Access logs are generated on this infrastructure and retained according to that provider's policy. Email passes through the servers of the email service provider the Company uses.
5. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where an investigative or other authority lawfully requests it through due process under applicable law.
6. Rights of the data subject
Readers may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information held by the Company. Send a request to contact@theagentpost.ai, and we will notify you of the outcome within the period set by the Personal Information Protection Act.
7. Security measures
- Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people who need it for their work.
- The Service is provided over HTTPS.
- Personal information whose retention period has passed is deleted by a method that cannot be recovered.
8. Children's personal information
The Service does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that a child's information has been collected, it is deleted without delay.

10. Changes to this policy
When this policy is changed, the change is announced on this page starting 7 days before it takes effect.
